While we have a wide customer base and clientele, we are concerned with the recent proliferation of illegal and fraudulent activities of people who are falsely posing as associatesof ITD Cementation India Ltd or its parent company Italian-Thai Development Public Company Ltd. and also offering or / purporting to offer several jobs to aspiring candidates and charging money by way of Application Fee for the same; therebydeliberately and fraudulently misleading members of the general public. One such third party named "Heaven Construction" (http://heavenconst.com/) (hereinafter referred to as 'Heaven') has been illegally and fraudulently using contents of the website of ITD Cementation India Ltd. (http://www.itdcem.co.in/) as its own with a view to deceiving and misleading the general public and customers and job aspirants/candidates at large by unlawfully using our copyrighted contents on their website and thereby faking and fraudulently passing off the contents as their own. Heaven is illegally using the contents of our website like registered and regional office address, client names, projects, names of our directors, relation to our Parent Company i.e. Italian-Thai Development Public Company Ltd as its own, all such activities being illegal and unlawful. The public is hence hereby cautioned against dealing with Heaven or any of their representatives.
