Mass Rapid Transit Systems

This vertical is engaged in the development of urban infrastructure (including MRTS projects). Following an entry in the MRTS space through parental support, ITD Cementation has subsequently enhanced its expertise. The Company followed its association with Delhi MRTS Phase-1 in 1998 through several MRT projects in Delhi and National Capital.
Region (NCR) as well as metro cities (Kolkata, Jaipur and Bengaluru). The Company drew from its parent’s capability and entered the Indian airport construction segment in 2008.

  • Construction of civil and building structures for mass rapid transportation systems (MRTS)

  • Captive ownership of world-class equipment (tunnel boring machines and associated equipment and one of the largest pile / diaphragm wall rigs in India) ensuring timely project completion
  • Track record of having constructed for the first time in the history of Delhi Metro an elevated track segment (21m) over an operational metro line.

  • Bangalore Elevated Metro Package R1A

    Construction of elevated structures (viaduct & stations) of length 8.039 Km (Approx.) from Baiyappanahalli Station (excl) to Visvesvaraya Industrial Area Station (Incl.) (Chainage 1860~.879 m to 26643.032 m) including road widening & allied works and 6 numbers of Elevated Metro Stations viz, Jyothipuram, K.R.Puram, Mahadevapura, Garudacharpalya, Doddanakundi Industrial Area, Visvesvaraya Industrial Area in the extension of East side of E-W Corridor of Ban galore Metro Rail Project, Phase-2.

    – Open web girder of 65 meters across the railway line.

  • Seven (07) Elevated Metro Stations from Kavi Subhas (New Garia) Garia-Airport Metro Corridor of Kolkata Metro Railway Line.

    Construction of Seven (07) Stations including related works from Kavi Subhas (New Garia) to Ritwik Ghatak in New Garia-Airport Metro Corridor of Kolkata Metro Railway Line.

  • Elevated Viaduct- Nagpur Metro Reach 4

    Design and Construction of Elevated Viaduct of Length 6.836 Kms from Ch: 590 to Ch5809 Ch: 6000 to Ch:7100 and Ch: 7183 to Ch: 7700 Between Prajapati Nagar to Sitabuldi and ROR near Anand Talkies, Viaduct & Tamp near Ramjhula, ROR near Prajapati Nagar and Viaduct of Length 1.050 Kms from Ch(-) 496 To Ch: 90.962 and Ch: 126.962 to Ch: 590 on BOQ Basis (Reach 4) of Nagpur Metro Rail Project.

  • Ballastless Trackwork for Line-7 Corridor, Mumbai

  • Contract CC-50 package for DMRC

    Part Design and Construction of Elevated Viaduct and 4 Elevated Stations viz. Dwarka, Najafgarh Depot, Municipal Corporation and Najafgarh Stations including architectural finishing, Water supply, sanitary installation and drainage works on Dwarka – Najafgarh Corridor of Phase-III Delhi MRTS.

    Scope of work:
    i.Survey & Geotechnical Investigation
    ii.Design and Construction of elevated viaduct a length of 5014.49m
    iii.Design and Construction of 4 nos Stations of length 140m each including architectural finishing, water supply, sanitary installations and drainage works.
    iv.Protection, diversion and support of all utilities encountered during construction
    v.Traffic management & diversion required for construction phase.

  • Contract CC 26R package for DMRC

    Part Design and Construction of Elevated Viaduct including entry exit line, ramp to depot, and 8 elevated stations viz. Mayur Vihar-I, Mayur Vihar Pkt-I, Trilokpuri, Vinod Nagar East, Vinod Nagar IP Extension, Anand Vihar, & Karkarduma stations including architectural finishing, water supply, sanitary installattion and drainage works of stations of line 7 Mukundpur-Yamuna Vihar corridor of Phase-III Delhi MRTS.

    Scope of work:
    i.Design and Construction of elevated viaduct a length of 10340 m
    ii.Design and Construction of elevated ramp of length 267 m
    iii.Design and Construction of 8 nos Stations of length 140 m each including architectural finishing, water supply, sanitary installations and drainage works.
    iv.Design and Construction of 4 / 3 track structure of 460 m length
    v.Protection, diversion and support of all utilities encountered during construction
    vi.Traffic management & diversion required for construction phase.

    Milestone:
    FOR THE FIRST TIME IN DELHI METRO HISTORY WE HAVE CONSTRUCTED AN ELEVATED TRACK SEGMENT OVER ANOTHER OPERATIONAL ELEVATED SEGMENT, AT A RECORD HEIGHT OF 21 M ABOVE THE GROUND.

  • BC-21 Package Qutub Minar – Gurgaon Corridor on Line 3 for DMRC.

    Scope of work:
    Construction of 7.10 km of segmental viaduct with launching girders.Construction of 5 elevated stations namely Garden Estate, Sikendarpur, DT City Centre, IFFCO Chowk and Sushant Lok station cum commercial complex having 7 floors, 1 Basement and 1 Mezannine Floor.

  • Bangalore Metro Rail Corp. Limited

    Scope of work:
    Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of track works and installation of 3rd rail system for Bangalore Metro Rail Corp. Limited.

  • Contract JP-EW-C3 for DMRC

    Design and Construction of Approach Tunnel, Open Portion of Ramp and Chandpole Station By Cut & Cover Method For Underground Works on East-West Corridor of Stage-I of Phase I of Jaipur Metro.

    Scope of work:
    i.Design and Construction of Station Box
    ii.Design and Construction of Open and Covered Entry Ramp.
    iii.Design and Construction of Exit Tunnel
    iv.Design and Construction of Entry / Exit Structure and other associated civil works.


  • Contract JP-EW-C2 for DMRC

    Construction of Elevated Road & Metro Viaduct consisting of single box, with/ without cantilever arm, by segmental construction on Ajmer Road excluding approximate 140M long Civil Line Station for Stage I of Jaipur Metro and Ajmer Road BRTS Corridor.

    Scope of work:
    i.1410 m four lane Elevated Road at level 1 & Metro Viaduct at level 2 between Sodala Thana & Ajmer Pulia.
    ii.370 m four lane Elevated Road between New Sanganer Road & Sodala Thana.
    iii.2810 m two lane Elevated Road between Prince Road & New Sanganer Road and parallel to Ajmer Pulia on other end.
    iv.710 m two lane ramp on Ajmer Road excluding approximate 140 m long Civil Line Station.
