Philpot Safety Trophy is awarded one selected site based on overall safety performance:

Awardee 2009 : Pathankot-Jammu Section - NS-35 (J&K) Package
Awardee 2008 : Construction of Seawall Project, HPTPL, Hazira

Safety Leadership Award is presented to Project Manager and Chief Safety Officer of sites achieving excellence in safety.

In-House Quarterly Publication “Safe Sites” brings out Management Commitment, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Safety Dossiers, and facilitates Safety Innovations. In addition, ITDCem issues Safety Pocket Book to all Engineers and Supervisors, which is a ready-reckoner.
